LOCAL DELIVERY 

- Applicable for orders that are UNDER 30 km away from our location.

- Flat Rate of $14.99

- Free for orders over $65 (Canadian Dollars)

- When you choose the desired date on the calendar, it will be delivered on the chosen date.

- Delivery may occur between 7am-10pm on the chosen date. For special requests, please email us at hello@vancouverbestcooloes.com.

CANADA SHIPPING

- Applicable for orders that are OVER 30 km away from our location, including orders to be shipped outside of British Columbia.

- Flat Rate of $24.99

- Free for orders over $65 (Canadian Dollars)

- When you choose the desired date on the calendar, it will be shipped out on the chosen date. Please account for transit time so the order arrives on time.

EXCEPTIONS

During Christmas week, we will distribute our orders to be delivered between December 20th to December 24th in case those cookie orders are meant as Christmas Gifts.

For Birthdays and Special Occasions, we will send out on the requested day. Rest assured that all our Christmas Orders will be delivered before December 25th. :)

At this time, we are not able to provide same day delivery to Vancouver. We try our best to accommodate same delivery orders for other cities, however this depends on our delivery schedule for the day. Conditions:

Please make sure there is someone assigned to receive your order, specially if they are going to houses.

If you would like us to leave your order at the door, please advise us when placing your order- however please note we cannot be held responsible for any cookies that are stolen after delivery.

For apartments or establishments, we can leave the order with the concierge if one is available.
